تصدر على مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، هاشتاج “تاريخك من أكلتك”، والذي تضمن عدد كبير من تاريخ الاكلات التراثية في الدول العربية، لتسرد كل وجبة تاريخ وقصة بلدها.
حيث دشن الطاهي السعودي حمد الجبرين الشهير بـ “دهران”، مبادرته للتعريف بالمطبخ السعودي وأكلاته العريقة التراثية، والتي سرعان ما تصدرت مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي بعد ساعات من نشرها.
وكشف في منشوره عن المبادرة، أن حبه للطهي جذبه للمطبخ السعودي، بعد تاريخ طويل للعمل طيار، وبعد تقاعده بدأ من جديد في استكشاف التاريخ المنسي للبلد من خلال الطعام والرحلات البرية.
وقال جبرين الشهير بـ “دهران” في منشور عبر “جروب” شهير للأكل والطبخ، أن المملكة العربية السعودية تتميز بعدد كبير من الأكلات الشعبية، التي تعبر عن هوية البلد والموروث الثقافي والحضاري.
وذكر الطاهي السعودي عدد من أشهر الأكلات التراثية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها المفطح وهي عبارة عن خروف مطهو بالكامل مع الأرز، والكبسة التي تتكون من الأرز ولحم الدجاج أو البقر.
وتابع: ” أن مبادرته تأتي لتحقيق هدفه في إحياء المطبخ السعودي في الوطن العربي بالكامل، حيث تشتهر المملكة العربية السعودية بتاريخ غير مادي عريق، يتضمن العديد من الأكلات التي انتشتر في الدول العربية حتى الآن دون الالتفات إلى أصلها التاريخي”.
هذه ليست المرة الأولى التي يتصدر فيها دهران مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، إذ أثار الجدل في وقت سابق برأيه في سبب تميز الرجال بالطبخ عن النساء، وأرجع السبب حينها بأن الرجال ليسوا دائما يطبخون ولكن إذ طبخ رجل فإنه يقدم الأفضل.
وعادة ما ينشر الجبرين مقاطع فيديو توثق طرق طهي طعام سعودي أو طريقة تقديمه بشكل مميز، كذلك ينشر مقاطع فيديو من رحلاته الاستكشافية في الأماكن الطبيعية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
