لحركة النقابية تطالب بتحقيق العدالة في مقتل الصحفية الفلسطينية شيرين ابو عاقلة
عبرت الحركة النقابية الدولية في المنطقة العربية وحول العالم عن حزنها للخسارة الكبيرة في فقدان الصحفية الفلسطينية شيرين ابو عاقلة، والتي كانت تعمل مع شبكة الجزيرة لمدة تزيد عن عقدين. وقد قتلت برصاص جنود اسرائيليين بينما كانت تغطي اقتحام الجيش الاسرائيلي لمدينة جنين في الضفة الغربية المحتلة في الصباح الباكر من يوم 11 أيار/مايو 2022.
وبحسب ما جاء في بيان نشره الاتحاد الدولي للصحفيين، فقد ادعى الجيش الإسرائيلي أنها قتلت برصاص مسلحين فلسطينيين كانوا في اشتباك مع الجنود الاسرائليين. وكلن وليد العمري، مدير مكتب الجزيرة في رام الله، أكد بأنه لم يكن هناك اطلاق نار من مسلحين فلسطينيين عند اصابتها. كما أكدت نقابة الصحفيين الفسطينيين “أن جريمة الاحتلال التي استهدفت الزميلة ابو عاقلة هو عمل مقصود، ومدبر، وعملية اغتيال حقيقية كاملة الأركان”
وقال الجيش الاسرائيلي انها قتلت برصاص مسلحين فلسطينيين كانوا في اشتباك مع الجنود الاسرائيليين. ولكن وليد العمري، مدير مكتب الجزيرة في رام الله، قال بأنه لم يكن هناك اطلاق نار من مسلحين فلسطينيين عند اصابتها. وأكدت نقابة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين “أن جريمة الاحتلال التي استهدفت الزميلة أبو عاقلة هو عمل مقصود ومدبر وعملية اغتيال حقيقية.” كما تم نشر عدد من الشهادات لصحفيين وصحافيات كانوا معها عندما قتلت، وقالوا انهم كانوا يتحركون كمجموعة معا، جميعهم يرتدون زي الصحفيين وعليه علامات واضحة بانهم صحفيون عندما اطلق عليهم قناصة اسرائيليون النار، وكانوا هم المجموعة الوحيدة في الشارع، ولم يكن هناك تبادلا لاطلاق النار حينها.
كما اصيب الصحفي الفلسطيني والمنتج في قناة الجزيرة علي السمودي برصاصة في ظهره، وهو الان في المستشفى في حالة مستقرة.
وتعتبر شيرين ابو عاقلة طليعية لجيل من الصحفيات في المنطقة من ناحية كسرها للقوالب النمطية لعمل الصحفيات في قطاع الاعلام المرئي. وكانت واحدة من أوائل الصحفيات التي امتهنت عمل المراسلة الحربية في نهاية سنوات القرن الماضي عندما كان يقتصر دور الصحفيات العربيات على العمل في غرف التحرير او الظهور على الشاشات.
وقد أدانت المنظمات النقابية الدولية الموقعة على هذا البيان قتل الجيش الإسرائيلي للمراسلة ابو عاقلة ويطالبون بتقديم مقترفي الجريمة إلى العدالة. حيث تتواصل الاعتداءات على الصحفيين والعاملين الاعلاميين في فلسطين من قبل الجيش الإسرائيلي منذ سنوات، وتمر هذه الاعتداءات دون ان ينال المعتدين اي عقاب. وقد حان الوقت الوقت لكي يولي المجتمع الدولي أهمية لهذه الانتهاكات وتحقيق العدالة لعائلات الضحايا وزملائهم. كما تدعم المنظمات النقابية الملف الذي قدمه الاتحاد الدولي للصحفيين مؤخرا إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية والذي يقول أن استهداف اسرائيل الممنهج للصحفيين العاملين في فلسطين وفشلها في القيام بتحقيق حقيقي في قتل الاعلاميين يرتقي لجريمة حرب.
